A solid exercise program should consist of: cardiovascular, resistance training and flexibility moves. Always warm up before your workout and cooldown afterwards.
Nutrition tips
Keep healthy snacks on hand. We tend to eat poorly when there is no healthy first choice. ALWAYS give yourself that healthy first choice. Driving arund all day? Always keep a water bottle in the car. I usually store a case of sprts top bottles and automatically grab one each day on the way out. Remember, it's actually easier for the body to digest room temperature water than cold water, so you may NOT want to refrigerate it. A bag of almonds, walnuts or soy nuts in the car can satiate better with protein than a saturated fatty whopper junior!
