Hi!  I'm Julie B, and I'm a mother of 3 (ages 8,6 & 5) !  Yes...I had 3 kids in 3 1/2 years and never thought I'd see myself get into shape ever again. 

Months of poor eating, rarely sleeping, changing diapers and getting lost in motherhood left me tired, fat and drained.  In the past 5 years, I have turned my life around through the power of exercise.
