Studies have shown that merely THINKING about exercise can affect your body...so at least THINK about it everyday!
Nutrition tips
Try to reduce foods that are high in calories, saturated fats, sugars, preservatives and highly processed. Eat foods that are as close to their natural state as possible; fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc. Logic is key. If a food is day-glo, it's probably not healthy. Then again, foods of true deep color (eggplant, mango, banana, dark leafy greens) are usually healthier for you as they contain more vitamins (hence the richer color).
