ALWAYS eat breakfast. Those people most sucessful at losing weight do so by getting their engines running early in the morning. When you eat, your metabolism starts working to digest the food. Once your metabolism is "awake" it will keep working throughout the day. While common sense dictates "If I eat less, I will lose weight" your body thinks it is being starved and therefore HOLDS ON TO THE FAT to use for energy. If you show your body you are giving it sufficient fuel to work, it will 'let the fat go' during exercise, etc.
