Make sure you have some of this stuff before you hit the gym:
-a great pair of workout pants (capri length)
-a great pair of workout pants (full length)
-a fabulous sports bra
-a proper fitting pair of cross trainers
-a proper fitting pair of running shoes
-workout gloves (padded for heavier weights)
-water, water, water
-hair barrets or rubberbands
-deodorant!
-a towel
-mp3 player/walkman
