Nutrition tips
Do NOT eat three square meals a day. Eat small meals/snacks every 2-3 hours to maintain a constant blood sugar level without ever feeling "starved" or "stuffed." These should consist of lean proteins (beef/chicken/fish), fruits, vegetables and fiber. Try to avoid "white" foods (bread, rice, potatoes) as these have fewer vitamins than more "colorful" foods (whole wheat bread, long grain rice, sweet potatoes).
